DIRECTOR – FAZIL AHMED
Fazil Ahmed is an enthusiastic entrepreneur and a self-made business leader with over 12 years of experience in various sectors such as Management ,hospitality, entertainment, service etc.
Being an avid traveler and having a knack for continuous learning and improvement, Fazil has picked up practical knowledge and skills required to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple businesses from various geographies around the world. In addition to this, his master’s degree in Business Administration also contributes to his pragmatic way of conducting business. A proven expert in negotiations and concluding business deals, Fazil played a major role in signing up clients from various countries and industries with Afriasia.
Despite being a committed business leader, Fazil inspires his employees by maintaining a perfect work-life balance. He is an ardent movie lover, an automobile aficionado, and a connoisseur of all things palatable. He instils the same zeal in his employees to strike a balance between work and play, by sponsoring occasional sports events and sumptuous dinners. Fazil aims to expand Afriasia to 500 happy employees by 2020, exploring new horizons and opportunities.
DIRECTOR – ABHILASH JANGALAPALLI
Abhilash comes with a personality who is looking out constantly for learning new things and venturing into unexplored domains. He comes with over 12 years of strong Corporate Human Resource Operations & Management experience in various domains of IT, Manufacturing, eCommerce, Telecom, Healthcare etc.
He is always ready and enthusiastic in trying new things and being an avid presenter and speaker, he has been pretty successful in Business Operations and management. With excellent communication skills and people management skills, he portrays an image of confidence and trust.
Abhilash is a wonderful multi-tasker who has the ability to handle multiple operations across domains with ease. Being a Mechanical Engineer by education, he clearly understands the logic and ways to deal with complex situations.
Having a work experience with multiple MNC Corporates as an HR Manager, he has the knack of hiring the right people for the right roles. He always comes up with innovative ideas of keeping his employees engaged and happy. Indian Music, Outdoor Sports, Social and Entrepreneur events, working for a social cause keeps him busy. A strong believer in traditional ethics, he comes with an aim to give back to the society and make the world a better place to live in.
